“Rooms were clean…Staff was nice.”

“I didn’t like that your ad said free parking and when I arrived I had to pay to park.”

“Bellissima e pulita . Davvero consigliata”

“L'hotel è molto gradevole: arredi nuovi e design accattivante. Belle e pulite sia le stanze che le zone comuni. La logistica è favorevole per i vari spostamenti, la navetta dell'hotel è disponibile gratuitamente entro le tre miglia e dalle 7 alle 11 accompagna in aeroporto. Il personale è professionale e cortese e costituisce il plus di questo hotel. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura; se dovessi tornare a Tampa saprei già dove alloggiare. ”

“Very friendly staff. Problem with the elevator was the only issue.”

“We enjoyed the nice ladies in the breakfast room. Our rooms were very clean and cool! We asked for a cot but there was not any available. The pool area was very nice at night. My only complaint is I wish they offered over the counter medicine like Tylenol or Aleve.”

“I got there pretty late around 1:30 AM, I took a shower and saw that the large towel was on the shower floor and I did not have a large towel to dry out with so I had to use small towels and it was inconvenient. The shower itself was a joke, shower head can't be oriented properly to soak your full body and some water would go outside of the shower area - it was terrible. The room had a damping smell mixed with old cigerette smell.”

“It was ok”

“The hotel is pleasant and clean Personnel is nice and helpful Breakfast is generous and very well served. Air conditioning is too high Few restaurants in the vicinity but wakable distance to the riverside Tampa has poor public transportation i suggest uber to go anywhere 5 min to cruise port 25 min far from premium outlet”
